Positive professional environment and well-established team At Bulbiza Group, we are looking to hire a Head Chef who will lead the kitchen team, guarantee product quality, and maintain operational and financial control of the kitchen. Main Responsibilities: - Lead and organize the kitchen team - Plan production and service shifts - Supervise quality, presentation, and timing - Control costs, waste, and recipe costing sheets (bill of materials) - Manage orders and supplier relationships - Strict compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations - Coordinate with front-of-house and management Requirements: - Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as Head Chef - Leadership and organizational skills - Solid knowledge of kitchen management - Experience in cost control and HACCP - Experience working under high-volume conditions and strict standards - Availability to work weekends Offer: - Contract type: Permanent - Working hours: Full-time - Salary: €1,800 net - Stable project with real autonomy - Opportunity for career development within the group - Positive professional environment and well-established team Application: Send your CV indicating “Head Chef” to people@bulbiza.com or apply via our portal.
