**What will you learn during your internship?**
* Provide support in telephone assistance to employees and collaborators.
* Collaborate in recruitment processes: posting job offers, screening resumes, and supporting interviews.
* Participate in collecting and reviewing documentation required for hiring.

**Requirements:**

* Currently studying Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration and Management, or related degrees.
* Ability to formalize an internship agreement with an educational institution.
* Interest in professional development within the Human Resources field.
* Organized individual with initiative and eagerness to learn.
* Residence in Seville or nearby towns.
* Immediate availability to start is considered a plus.
