Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Systems Engineer to ensure the availability, stability, and security of our international IT infrastructure, delivering advanced support and administration. Advanced IT infrastructure support and administration ###### **We need to hire a SYSTEMS ENGINEER for our Infrastructure and Technology department.****\+****\-** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical education: Higher Vocational Training Cycle, Bachelor's/Undergraduate Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field * Bilingual in English (100% English usage during working hours) * Experience in the following technology environment: o Windows Server o Experience with AD, GPO, DNS, etc. o Experience in cloud environments and architectures (preferably Azure & O365) o Networking knowledge: VLANs, routing, firewall and VPN concepts, etc. o Experience with virtualization platforms. Knowledge of Nutanix AHV is desirable but not mandatory. * Ability to diagnose issues and document findings * Willingness to travel to the client’s various sites (Europe) as required * We seek a proactive, dynamic, communicative individual capable of working within multidisciplinary teams and results-oriented **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide second- and third-level support for users, servers, systems, and advanced technical incidents related to infrastructure; act as escalation point when first-level support cannot resolve them * Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, GPOs, file services, updates/patching, etc.) * Support the full system lifecycle: installation, configuration, backups, updates, decommissioning, etc. * Work on infrastructure projects (improvements or new implementations) across all sites (remotely and on-site as necessary) * Reinforce IT security by applying patches, mitigating vulnerabilities, and performing hardening * Participate in resolving critical infrastructure issues: servers, storage, networking, virtualization, application hosting * Standardize and automate recurring processes and tasks to improve efficiency **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Experience in industrial environments * Knowledge and experience with Ansible, Zabbix, Veeam, SQL Server * Basic Linux knowledge **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** We need to hire a **SYSTEMS ENGINEER** for our Infrastructure and Technology department.
