Factory Operator

Description

We are seeking personnel to join the production team of an industrial company in Novés. Responsibilities include supporting the machine operator throughout the entire production process, ensuring continuous material flow and proper machinery operation. Daily tasks include supplying raw materials to production lines, performing format changes according to scheduled batches, and maintaining a clean and orderly work area. You will also assist in preparing equipment before each shift and conducting basic checks on machinery condition. The position focuses on ensuring quality and continuity in production. Responsibility, attention to detail, and teamwork skills are highly valued in this dynamic environment where rapid learning is expected. Initial training on the factory’s specific processes is provided, along with opportunities to develop technical skills. Working hours follow a rotating shift schedule covering 24 hours per day, seven days a week, alternating morning, afternoon, and night shifts. The contract is temporary, with possibility of renewal. The annual gross salary is €21.501,62 plus supplements, and appropriate facilities and a committed team are provided. An inclusive atmosphere is fostered, and diversity is respected. Having your own vehicle or a reliable means of reaching the workplace in Novés is essential due to its location and rotating shift schedule. A high school diploma or vocational training is preferred, as well as basic mechanical knowledge. While not mandatory, prior experience in similar factory roles is advantageous. Basic office software skills are required for logging incidents and consulting instructions. The ability to follow procedures and work autonomously within a team is important. No specific academic qualification is required, but training in production line operations will be valued. Commitment to occupational safety and willingness to learn are essential.
