At Capgemini Engineering, we are looking for a **Flight Control Engineer** with experience in complex aerospace environments to join a multidisciplinary technical team. Responsibilities * Participate in the development and validation of flight simulation models. * Analyze aircraft behavior across different flight phases (taxiing, takeoff, cruise, approach, landing). * Evaluate flight configurations (landing gear, flaps, etc.) and their impact on maneuverability. * Identify and manage typical failures (engine, stuck flaps, etc.) and their effects on flight dynamics. * Collaborate with clients, providing critical insight and technical negotiation skills. * Document and communicate results clearly and in a structured manner. Technical Requirements * Prior experience in flight control engineering. * In-depth knowledge of flight physics: lift, aerodynamic drag, angle of attack, pressures, critical speeds, etc. * Familiarity with cockpit instruments and systems affecting flight control surfaces. * Ability to work with simulation models and quickly adapt to technical tools. * Fluent English (mandatory).
