Job Summary: We are seeking kitchen staff for a 4-star hotel in Madrid, responsible for preparing cold and hot dishes, ingredient management, cleaning, and collaborating on menu development. We are looking for kitchen staff to work at a 4-star hotel located in the Chamartín area of Madrid. Main responsibilities include preparing cold and hot dishes, plating and presentation, ingredient management, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness, organizing the work area, and collaborating on menu design. At least one and a half years of verifiable experience in hotels is required. Candidates must be available to work rotating shifts, both morning and afternoon. Applicants must provide their own kitchen uniform, i.e., a long-sleeved white jacket, and possess a professional knife roll. An 8-hour daily work schedule is offered, along with a temporary contract, with the possibility of transitioning to permanent hotel staff. Working hours will follow a rotating shift pattern, and the salary ranges between EUR 12.50 and EUR 13.00 gross per hour worked.
