Estamos buscando a una persona para trabajar como gerocultor/a en una residencia de mayores ubicada en Leganés, Madrid. Las tareas principales consistirán en ayudar y cuidar a los residentes en sus actividades diarias, especialmente en aquellas que no puedan realizar por sí mismos. También se realizarán trabajos destinados a su atención personal y al fomento de su independencia, tanto a nivel individual como social, promoviendo así que nuestros mayores mantengan su autonomía. Se trata de un contrato temporal que podría convertirse en indefinido. La jornada será completa y el horario se desarrollará por la mañana, concretamente de 07:45 a 15:00\.
