What will be your **mission**? You will assist and provide care to hospitalized patients, maintaining constant vigilance over their condition to support improvement in their health and well-being according to departmental processes and policies, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians in patient monitoring and treatment. What will be your **responsibilities**? * Perform accurate assessment and administration of basic patient care. * Assist in stock control according to established procedures. * Ensure proper handling, cleaning, maintenance, and conservation of area-specific equipment. * Guarantee appropriate patient mobilization. * Manage clinical documentation according to established procedures. * Early detection of signs and symptoms of complications, as well as prevention of functional, nutritional, and fall-related risks. * Correctly identify patient allergies. * Apply isolation measures following established procedures. * Complete nursing records according to established protocols.
