At pH2o, we are seeking lifeguards for the summer season at swimming pools in the Boadilla del Monte area, within an organized, professional environment offering continuous support. **pH2o LIFEGUARD PROFILE** 1\. Hold a valid lifeguard certification compliant with current regulations. 2\. Availability throughout the summer season until September 13, 2026\. 3\. Good interpersonal skills with users and ability to work effectively as part of a team. 4\. Mobile phone with internet connectivity. **JOB CONDITIONS** We offer various shift types depending on the facility: * Full-day shifts * Reduced-day shifts * Partial-day shifts (shared positions) The specific shift type assigned will be determined during the selection process based on availability and location. **SALARY AND SHIFT TYPE** Salary is determined according to position type and assigned shift within service organization: Gross monthly salary: Full-day shifts: €1,550 and €1,580 gross/month. Reduced-day shifts: €1,250 and €1,415 gross/month. Partial-day shifts: €660 and €1,050 gross/month. **SERVICE ORGANIZATION (IMPORTANT)** All positions include a mandatory daily preparation phase lasting half an hour prior to pool opening, essential to ensure proper facility condition and service safety.
