Job Summary: Digital solutions analyst and developer leveraging Microsoft technologies, participating in all phases of the application lifecycle and supporting end-user training. Key Highlights: 1. Design, development, and maintenance of Microsoft digital solutions. 2. Implementation and continuous improvement of conversational agents in Copilot Studio. 3. Collaboration in identifying automation opportunities. ##### **You will help end world hunger by...** Responsible for analysis, design, development, configuration, and corrective/evolutionary maintenance of digital solutions built on Microsoft technologies. Participates in requirements gathering, functional and technical design, development, testing, documentation, deployment, and support of applications and automations. Contributes to implementing and continuously improving conversational agents and experiences in Copilot Studio, including governance and adoption. Collaborates with the team to identify automation and digitalization opportunities, proposing viable, sustainable, and organizationally aligned solutions. Supports user training and guidance to maximize the value of deployed solutions. ##### **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Implementing and maintaining digital solutions that meet organizational needs. * Providing support for developments. * Technical analysis, development, and corrective/evolutionary maintenance of the organization's digital tools. * Training, capacity building, and knowledge transfer ##### **Does this description fit you?** * Must be willing and able to work collaboratively within a team, either as a team member or team leader. * Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Must be self\-motivated, goal\-oriented, and capable of demonstrating excellent service orientation toward business users. * Proven experience in developing and configuring Power Platform solutions: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, connectors, security, and ALM. * Practical experience with SharePoint Online: lists, libraries, content types, permissions, information architecture, forms, and associated automations. * Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio for designing, configuring, and evolving agents, topics, actions, knowledge sources, publishing, and governance. * Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, standard/premium connectors, security, DLP, environments, and best practices for functional/technical administration, agile methodologies, versioning, testing, deployments, and quality assurance in low\-code and pro\-code solutions. ##### **Our compensation package:** We offer: * Permanent employment contract. * Position based at Action Against Hunger’s Madrid office. * Work\-life balance, including flexible working hours, intensive workdays, and eligibility for our teleworking program. * Competitive remuneration commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications. * Access to flexible benefits plans (health insurance, transportation, childcare and meal vouchers). * Full access to the organization’s emotional well\-being program. * A personalized professional development path where talent and motivation are recognized. * Continuous training in both technical and soft skills. * 26 working days of vacation per year (at the employee’s discretion), plus December 24th and 31st.
