Clinic equipped for rehabilitation with internal training **SELF-EMPLOYED PHYSIOTHERAPIST – Growing project with focus on therapeutic exercise** A growing physiotherapy clinic seeks a self-employed physiotherapist to join a long-term project strongly committed to active rehabilitation and evidence-based practice. We seek a candidate who does not merely wish to cover a set number of hours, but who has genuine interest in professional growth within the clinic and progressive expansion of their clinical workload as demand increases. **Candidate Profile Sought:** * Physiotherapist with an evidence-based approach (**valid degree and active professional liability insurance**). * Genuine interest in therapeutic exercise. * Strong patient communication skills and collaborative mindset. * Responsible and committed professional. * Ambitious individual with willingness to progressively expand working hours within the project over the medium term. * Experience in machine-based Pilates will be valued. **INITIAL TERMS:** Onboarding with an approximate initial structure of **12 weekly hours**, distributed as follows: **Tuesdays and Thursdays** * 5:00 PM–7:00 PM → Consultation * 7:00 PM–9:00 PM → Machine-based Pilates **Additionally, some morning hours** * (To be confirmed), primarily dedicated to machine-based Pilates, with future flexibility to also open consultation slots. **INITIAL REMUNERATION: €20 per session delivered.** Review after 3 months to increase to **€22.50 per session**, based on performance and occupancy. There is a **real and desired opportunity for progressive expansion of working hours**, linked both to professional performance and to increasing demand at the clinic.
