Integration Platform Engineer Expert

Description

We are looking for an experienced **MuleSoft Platform Operations Engineer** to join a global support organization responsible for Level 3 platform operations and support. This role focuses on ensuring the stability, availability, performance, and continuous improvement of the MuleSoft integration platform environment. The position is operational in nature and **not focused on API development**, requiring strong expertise in platform management, troubleshooting, incident resolution, automation, and stakeholder collaboration within a multinational environment. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver daily MuleSoft platform operations and maintenance activities. * Investigate, analyze, and resolve incidents within SLA targets. * Handle escalated issues from Level 2 support teams. * Monitor platform capacity, performance, scalability, and availability. * Perform advanced troubleshooting using logs, monitoring tools, and diagnostics. * Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommend corrective actions. * Support production deployments, releases, and change activities. * Manage service requests and operational support activities. * Create and maintain SOPs, operational documentation, and knowledge articles. * Identify recurring issues and drive continuous service improvement initiatives. * Develop automation scripts for repetitive operational tasks. * Participate in major incident management and service restoration activities. * Provide on\-call and after\-hours support when required. * Monitor operational KPIs and ensure compliance with support processes. * Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and service providers across international locations. ### **Required Skills** #### **Mandatory** * 5–7 years of experience in **MuleSoft Platform Operations**. * MuleSoft **Omni Gateway (Flex Gateway)** expertise. * Terraform. * GitHub. * OpenShift. * Authentication \& Authorization technologies: + OAuth + OpenID * AWS (foundational level). * Azure (foundational level). * ITIL processes. * Argo CI/CD. * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. #### **Nice to Have** * XML, XSD, WSDL, WS\-\*, Java, JSON. * Networking fundamentals (VIPs, Firewalls, Load Balancers). * Certificate lifecycle management. * SoapUI. * Postman. * Silva. * Linux.
