A professional environment focused on growth with cutting-edge technology. **Job Description** We are looking for a **.NET MVC Developer** to participate in innovative projects, maintaining and evolving existing applications, as well as developing new functionalities from scratch. You will work within a dynamic team, collaborating on technical decisions and applying software development best practices. **Responsibilities** * Maintenance and continuous improvement of applications built on **.NET**. * Development of new functionalities from scratch. * Optimization of queries and performance in **SQL Server**. * Active participation in technical and architectural decisions. * Collaboration with other technical and business stakeholders. **Requirements** * Solid experience with **.NET Framework and/or .NET Core (C\#)**. * Proficiency in the **ASP.NET MVC** pattern. * Advanced knowledge of **SQL Server**. * Experience with **LINQ**, **JavaScript**, and **jQuery**. * Teamwork skills and results-oriented mindset. * Regular use of and experience with **AI applied to programming**. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of **Angular 2\+**. * Familiarity with version control tools (**Git**, **TFS**). * Ability to document and communicate technical solutions. * English language proficiency. **We Offer:** * High-interest projects and clients. * A professional environment focused on growth. * Use of cutting-edge technology. * Hybrid work schedule: 3 days remote / 2 days onsite. **Company** Joining THEWHITEAM means collaborating with a company composed of professionals with extensive experience in technology consulting.
