We lead the development of cutting-edge technological solutions that reinforce national and international security. **Join our ATM Projects Team!** You will become part of the specialized **Air Traffic Management (ATM)** area, responsible for designing, integrating, and deploying critical air traffic management systems worldwide. You will work with multidisciplinary teams from Operations, Product, Systems Engineering, and international subsidiaries to ensure delivery of key projects with significant impact on the aerospace sector. What will you do? * Manage short-duration ATM project bids and proposals, with non-negotiable delivery deadlines. * Coordinate temporary and multidisciplinary teams (Operations, Product, Systems Engineering, Subcontractors, Commercial, Subsidiaries, and Indra’s horizontal units). * Analyze and understand technical, legal, tax, and administrative requirements of varying complexity levels. * Manage subcontractors: preparation of SOW/RFQ, negotiation of back\-to\-back offers, and tracking of commitments. * Draft and structure technical and administrative proposals, including documentation in English. * Use tools such as Excel, Acrobat, and MS Project to plan, control, and track deliverables and costs. * Interact with clients, subsidiaries, and international partners, including travel when required.
