Your work will be crucial to guaranteeing that each project phase is executed in compliance with current regulations and the most stringent technical specifications. **Your responsibilities will include:** * **Inspection and Supervision:** Conduct thorough quality inspections throughout the entire wind turbine installation process, ensuring adherence to established procedures and standards. * **Non-Conformance Management:** Identify, accurately record, and report any non-conformances (NCRs), defects, or quality deviations observed on-site. Your visual acuity and attention to detail will be essential. * **Tracking and Resolution:** Proactively track identified issues, collaborating closely with teams to ensure their proper resolution and closure, thereby minimizing any impact on the schedule or final quality. * **Continuous Improvement:** Actively participate in defining, implementing, and monitoring corrective and preventive actions. Your technical expertise will add value to process optimization. * **Documentation and Validation:** Review and validate key project documentation, including installation checklists, inspection reports, and all quality-related documentation, ensuring its integrity and accuracy. * **Technical Support:** Provide specialized quality technical support to on-site installation and supervision teams, resolving queries and offering expert guidance. * **Audits:** Participate in internal and external audits, demonstrating Eosol Group’s commitment to quality and regulatory compliance. **What We Are Looking For:** * **Professional Experience:** Minimum of **5 years** of experience performing similar roles in quality assurance, preferably within the wind energy sector or large-scale installation industries. * **Technical Education:** Training in fields such as Quality Assurance, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), or related disciplines supporting your technical knowledge. * **Essential Certifications:** Possession of **GWO (Global Wind Organisation)** training and the **60-hour OHS course**, mandatory requirements for working in the sector. * **Sector Knowledge:** Demonstrable experience and deep understanding of the wind energy sector, its processes, and specific characteristics. * **Mobility:** Valid driver’s license and full availability for geographical mobility within the project area. **Why Join Eosol Group?** At Eosol Group, we value our employees’ talent and commitment.
