Warehouse Manager

**Mission:** Supervise and coordinate the management and organization of the warehouse while ensuring the necessary flow of supplies for industrial activities, and finished products to adapt to demand variability. **Main Responsibilities:** 1\. Carry out or supervise administrative and operational procedures for receiving and dispatching materials. Generate documents and labels in the management software. Attach labels to materials prepared for dispatch, meeting the quality standards required by the client. 2\. Continuously monitor warehouse inventory, and conduct periodic inventory checks on dates established by the company. 3\. Organize the physical distribution of stored materials, implementing necessary processes to ensure optimal rotation. 4\. Monitor service deadlines for external and internal customers, minimizing waiting times. 5\. Supervise or carry out loading, unloading, and product handling operations within the warehouse. 6\. Report packaging purchases from suppliers needed for production. **7\. Record and update warehouse movements:** material entries, exits, and internal transfers in the management software. 8\. Coordinate and organize sales orders received from Logistics for subsequent preparation by warehouse staff. INTERNAL COMMUNICATION Report any issues detected regarding machinery, quality, logistics, etc., urgently and efficiently to responsible personnel or management via delivery notes submitted together with daily reports. RECEIPTS / DISPATCHES During unloading, place goods and documentation in the reception area until the supervisor enters them into the system. Prepare daily orders with their respective traceability.
