Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate butcher who loves retail, food, and people—to advise customers, manage merchandise, and maintain the fresh-food section. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer advisory and service for ultra-fresh products 2. End-to-end merchandise management, butchering, and presentation 3. Continuous training and career growth within an international company As part of the ultra-fresh market team—led by the Retail Manager—your responsibilities will include: * Recommending, advising, guiding, and informing our customers about the features of various products intended for sale, * Performing and/or supervising goods receipt and quality control. * Butchering, cutting, preparing, and packaging meat products. * Placing products on shelves, ensuring attractive visual merchandising, proper labeling, availability of multiple formats, and consistent date labeling. * Monitoring existing stock, preparing stock reports, calculating yields, conducting inventories, and placing orders—following instructions from the Market Manager, * Cleaning, organizing, and supervising tools and equipment used in meat handling, as well as maintaining market facilities.
