Job Summary: We are seeking a warehouse assistant to receive, organize, store construction materials, and prepare orders using a forklift truck. Key Responsibilities: 1. Receiving and organizing construction materials 2. Order preparation and stock control 3. Operating forklift trucks and front-end loaders A warehouse assistant is required to work at Venta de las Ranas, Villaviciosa. Main duties include receiving, organizing, and storing construction materials such as cement, bricks, timber, and tools, while monitoring stock rotation. The role also involves preparing orders for delivery or collection, ensuring correct quantities and types of materials. Loading and unloading trucks will be carried out using forklift trucks, front-end loaders, and manual handling methods, always in compliance with safety and material handling regulations. Previous experience in warehouse operations is required, preferably within the construction materials sector, along with valid licenses to operate forklift trucks and front-end loaders. Basic knowledge of construction materials and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential. A full-time temporary employment contract is offered, with a weekly working schedule of 40 hours. Salary will be determined in accordance with the Collective Agreement for the General Retail Sector of the Principality of Asturias.
