Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee textile product preparation, packaging, and handling, as well as manage the line operator team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Full-time position with rotating shifts (mornings, afternoons, nights) We are looking for an experienced candidate for a Shift Supervisor position at a company in Cocentaina. The company’s core business focuses on manufacturing technical and industrial textile products, including non-woven fabrics made from natural and synthetic fibers, as well as other types of textiles. The main responsibilities of this position include direct supervision of textile product preparation, packaging, and handling. Additionally, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing the line operator team, organizing workloads, and assigning tasks to each team member to optimize production. A full-time schedule of 40 hours per week is offered, Monday through Friday. Shifts will rotate among mornings, afternoons, and nights, and include legally mandated breaks. * Prior experience in a role equal to or similar to the one described. * We seek a dynamic and versatile individual. * Residence near the workplace is advantageous. * Possession of a Class B driver’s license and personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace. Completed ESO or equivalent.
