This role is essential to ensuring that our campervan fleet remains at the highest standards, enabling our customers to enjoy unforgettable trips. As a Campervan Maintenance Technician, you will join our team in Bilbao and collaborate with the Western Europe Regional Team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our campervans are always available and in optimal condition, contributing to efficient operations and customer satisfaction. If you enjoy solving mechanical problems, making an immediate impact on goals, and are motivated by being part of a purpose-driven team, we invite you to bring your expertise to our organization. **WHAT WILL YOU DO IN THIS ROLE?** Reporting directly to the local manager, your main mission will be to execute all necessary processes and procedures to guarantee the operational readiness and quality of our fleet, including: * Conducting systematic vehicle inspections and diagnosing issues in mechanical, electrical, heating, and water systems. * Performing maintenance and repairs on campervans and motorhomes, including: + Preventive and corrective maintenance; + Minor bodywork repairs involving part replacement (light bulbs, windows, mirrors); + Replacement and repair of campervan-specific parts; + Diagnosis and repair of appliances and campervan-specific systems; + Maintaining and developing relationships with external partners; + Coordinating vehicle interventions with external suppliers and regional teams; + Keeping all vehicle information systems updated according to established procedures; + Moving campervans to and from local suppliers, parking facilities, or other depots; + Keeping depot equipment and spare parts organized and clean; + Maintaining up-to-date spare parts inventory at all times.
