The main responsibilities of this position are: * Metallographic preparation and evaluation; analysis and interpretation of metallurgical characteristics * Development of test programs * Development of new metallographic preparation processes * Conducting physical tests (Hardness, Tensile, Adhesion, Peel-off, etc.) * Review/implementation of standards and specifications; internal documentation generation (instructions, etc.) * Preparation and hosting of audits * Implementation of corrective actions Procurement and stock management.. * **What profile are we seeking?** * **Qualification:** Bachelor's/Master's degree in Materials Engineering or equivalent technical degree with metallurgical specialization or training. * **Experience:** 2\-3 years of experience in metallographic laboratories and/or materials development activities.
