The selected candidate will provide operational support to ensure the warehouse functions correctly, guaranteeing that materials are organized and flow uninterrupted throughout the workday. Experience operating loading machinery is required to expedite the receiving and dispatching of goods, following supervisors' instructions to maintain a safe and efficient environment. The role includes handling heavy loads and complying with occupational safety regulations. Physical stamina, autonomy, and a proactive attitude toward daily requirements are highly valued. Effective communication with the team is essential to coordinate unloading activities and place each product in its designated location, thereby preventing inventory errors. Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace is fundamental to ensuring optimal performance and meeting the company's delivery deadlines. Prior experience in warehouse environments, regular operation of counterbalanced forklifts, and immediate availability to start are required.
