Job Summary: We are seeking an Audiologist to commercially and operationally manage two retail locations, specializing in hearing loss prevention, detection, and diagnosis, and responsible for advising and following up with customers. To advise each customer on the optimal and most suitable solution, we employ qualified and professional staff. Currently, we have built a network of approximately 80 branches across Belgium and continue expanding rapidly. We employ around 150 dedicated staff members. In 2026, our growth will focus on Spain. Starting April 26, we opened our first hearing center in Santurtzi. Later this year, we aim to expand further within the Basque Country. For our new hearing center in the vicinity of **Gernika, Basque Country**, we are seeking an **AUDIOLOGIST**. **YOUR MISSION** You specialize in hearing loss prevention, detection, and diagnostic testing. You assist individuals requiring hearing solutions to protect and/or improve their hearing functions. You are responsible for the commercial and operational management of two retail locations. In addition to your audiology work, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of your hearing centers and serve as the primary point of contact with Belgium-based management. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** · Provide expert advice to customers to ensure optimal service delivery; · Determine customer needs by conducting intake interviews, collecting case history data, informing and advising customers; · Adapt your work and examination methods flexibly according to the customer’s physical and mental condition; · Conduct quantitative and qualitative examinations, interpret test results to independently develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans; · Perform hearing disorder prevention and screening, and inform or advise customers on better hearing protection; · Evaluate the effectiveness of hearing aids and audiological interventions; · Manage patient records and ensure individual follow-up of customer consultations; · Assess your key performance indicators and prepare related reports; · Maintain contact with Belgium-based management to monitor ongoing matters at your stores. **YOUR PROFILE** · You hold a degree in audiology; · You already have experience in this field; · You stay current with trends in audiology and are eager to learn and remain up-to-date; · You possess excellent communication skills; · You are customer-oriented; · You work well in teams and demonstrate flexibility; · You maintain a service-oriented attitude; · You hold a valid Category B driver’s license and have no issue traveling. **OUR OFFERING** Do you see yourself working in our dynamic organization where you can make a real difference as a STORE AUDIOLOGIST?
