We are currently seeking a **Sales Support** profile for the Atocha IT Center. **REQUIREMENTS** * Proficiency in Office 365 tools. * Familiarity with mobile devices (Android/iOS) and their management in corporate environments. * Familiarity with collaborative environments such as * Microsoft Teams and its integration with enterprise solutions. * Ability to interpret and apply functional and technical documentation. * Knowledge of MDM (Mobile Device Management) solutions for secure mobile device administration. * Management of mobile device and assigned equipment inventories. * Deployment of corporate applications on intervention devices. * Querying and monitoring the MDM (Mobile Device Management) system to ensure security and policy compliance. * Technical support for incidents related to devices, applications, and collaborative environments. * Receiving and dispatching materials (devices, accessories), ensuring traceability and control. * **Required Education:** Graduates in Computer Engineering and/or holders of Higher Vocational Training (FP) degrees in Computer Science or related fields.
