We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in managing technology projects and coordinating with vendors to oversee the operation, maintenance, and evolution of solutions within the MarketApps Solutions domain. MarketApps encompasses a set of third-party vendor solutions (SaaS / PaaS) — such as document management systems, travel solutions, space reservation systems, and similar corporate tools — on which we execute integration projects, as well as support, maintenance, and evolution activities. Your mission will be to ensure the proper operation and business alignment of these solutions by acting as the coordination point between vendors and internal teams, and guaranteeing their evolution in accordance with Deloitte’s policies. What is the challenge? You will coordinate integration and evolution projects for MarketApps solutions, working with external vendors and internal teams. You will perform operational monitoring of platforms, including: license renewals budgetary control planning of annual releases and security patches You will act as the primary liaison with vendors, tracking commitments, SLAs, and evolution roadmaps. You will coordinate incident, problem, and change management, ensuring smooth communication and appropriate prioritization. You will collaborate closely with Infrastructure, Architecture, Security, and other Solutions teams to ensure MarketApps comply with technological and cybersecurity standards. You will monitor risks, dependencies, and critical issues, proposing corrective actions when necessary. You will operate in a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment involving vendors and teams across different areas. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of the MarketApps management model, helping define processes, best practices, and governance criteria. How do we imagine you? We value a proactive attitude focused on continuous improvement and the ability to grow within the role. **Technical and Professional Requirements:** Higher Vocational Training Degree in Computer Science, Systems, Telecommunications, or related fields, or a University Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related disciplines. Advanced English proficiency (B2+), and fluency in Spanish. Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in technology project management. **Experience in:** Coordinating technology vendors Managing SaaS / PaaS solutions, including coordination of updates, releases, and security patches Tracking licenses, contracts, and SLAs Knowledge of project management methodologies (traditional and/or agile).
