You will be the key piece in ensuring our security projects are delivered on time, on scope, and with the highest quality, leading communication between technical teams and stakeholders. Work Model: Hybrid from Bilbao or Madrid. Other offices also considered. Your main responsibilities: * Project Lifecycle Management: Lead project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure for cybersecurity projects. * Team Leadership: Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams, foster high performance, and ensure milestone achievement. * Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal/external clients and cross-functional departments. * Risk and Quality Control: Identify potential project deviations, manage security-related risks, and ensure deliverables meet unit standards. * Reporting: Prepare progress reports, monitor budgets (GCP), and present results to senior management. What we’re looking for? (Requirements) * Experience: Minimum 3–5 years managing technology projects. * Specialization: Knowledge of Identity Management (IAM) or Identity Governance (IGA) solutions (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta) is highly valued. * Methodologies: Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and/or traditional ones (PMP/PRINCE2). * Languages: Advanced English (C1). Ability to conduct technical meetings and draft complex documentation fluently. * Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, negotiation ability, and resilience in critical environments.
