Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing lines, lead teams, and ensure quality and safety in an industrial environment. Key Highlights: 1. Team leadership and performance optimization. 2. Technical management of production lines, especially spinning lines. 3. Quality control and workplace safety. We are looking for a person responsible for production in Andoain. The main responsibility will be ensuring that manufacturing lines operate efficiently during the shift, meeting quality requirements and safety standards. This will involve leading a team of 3–4 operators, providing support, resolving queries, and distributing tasks to optimize results. Technical aspects of production lines will also be managed, with particular focus on spinning lines. This includes performing product and format changes, as well as supervising machine startup—verifying that all parameters (e.g., speed, temperature, pressure) are correct. Periodic product quality control and collaboration with the laboratory to resolve any issues will be essential. Maintaining order, cleanliness, and safety in the workplace will be critical to prevent risks. Previous experience in industrial environments is required, preferably in the textile sector or continuous production lines, with intermediate-level supervisory or team management responsibilities (minimum 3 years). Experience with plastic injection machines is valued. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, foster teamwork, and make decisions under pressure. Technical knowledge to understand the operation of complex industrial machinery and sensitivity to quality standards. Proactive, organized, responsible attitude with strong attention to detail—especially regarding safety and order. Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night). A personal vehicle is required for commuting to the workplace. Bachelor’s degree or Higher Vocational Training qualification.
