




Job Summary: We are seeking a panel assembler to assemble, wire, and test cabinets, ensuring compliance with quality standards and collaborating across various production phases. Key Highlights: 1. Assembly and wiring of cabinets according to design drawings and diagrams. 2. Conducting electrical tests and quality control. 3. Active participation in equipment improvement and maintenance projects. Panel Assembler: Assemble, wire, and test cabinets produced in the panel cell, and participate in any other activities assigned during different production phases, in accordance with specifications and instructions received, while verifying proper compliance with required quality standards. **Job Description** =================== **Responsibilities** * Assemble mechanical components onto panels according to design drawings. * Distribute electrical components according to design wiring diagrams. * Use workshop electrical tools, drills, saws, cutting tools, etc. * Wire cabinets following drawings. * Perform continuity testing and electrical tests on cabinets. * Work as part of a team and follow team leader instructions. * Control quality of subcontracted panels. * Train new internal/external resources according to our standards. * Organize the workstation, identify incoming materials, perform self-inspection, follow received instructions, and carry out all necessary operations to ensure the product meets specifications per the defined manufacturing process. * Perform self-inspection of equipment used and complete test protocols where applicable. * Conduct required visual or functional inspections upon completion of each phase before proceeding to the next phase. * Package finished products and prepare them for shipment. * Maintain order and cleanliness in their area, ensuring material protection and preventing losses. * Perform maintenance on manufacturing equipment for which they have been trained. * Actively participate in productivity improvement projects, organizational cost reduction initiatives (AWO, 5S, etc.), and EHS-related activities. * Comply with orders and instructions issued by the Department Manager (or his/her delegate) in the regular exercise of managerial authority. Example: when temporary production needs require participation in various tasks within the department, always considering their respective competencies. * **Occasional international travel may be required upon demand to support field wiring and assembly work.** **Knowledge Requirements** * Vocational training (FP) in electronics, automation, electricity, or related fields. * Knowledge of cabinet assembly, wiring, testing, and commissioning for cabinets manufactured by GE Power Management. * Material recognition skills at a visual level. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in switchboard manufacturing. * Knowledge of Lean methodology and Continuous Improvement (5S, Lean Layout, VSM, MES, etc.). * Knowledge of EHS (Company EHS Policy, identifying unsafe concerns/situations in one’s environment, ensuring compliance with established EHS measures, identifying environmental impacts of one’s tasks, etc.). * Knowledge of Quality (Quality Policy, applicable requirements defined in procedures and instructions, reporting deviations that could result in non-conforming products, identifying improvement opportunities, etc.). * Knowledge of applicable requirements defined in Information Security Regulations. **Personal Attributes:** * Demanding and detail-oriented. * Strong desire for knowledge. * Meticulous nature to avoid errors in storage, material preparation, assembly line, etc. * Reliable, versatile, and eager to learn. **Additional Information** ========================== **Relocation Assistance Provided:** No
