Our client, a leading company in the accessibility and mobility solutions sector, is seeking to hire an **HR Manager Iberia (Spain and Portugal)** to lead the Human Resources function within a growing and expanding environment. The role will have a strong strategic and business-oriented focus, contributing to the organization’s sustainable growth by implementing policies, processes, and tools that foster employee development and operational excellence.
**JOB MISSION**
Lead end-to-end Human Resources management for Iberia (Spain and Portugal), ensuring compliance with labor regulations, driving talent acquisition and development, and supporting business leaders in managing their teams.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Lead recruitment processes to support the company’s growth and expansion plans in Spain and Portugal.
* Design and coordinate onboarding processes to ensure effective integration of new professionals.
* Promote leadership and management capability development among new leaders.
* Advise and support managers in people management, assisting them in developing their teams and defining organizational priorities.
* Propose, implement, and optimize HR policies, procedures, and processes related to personnel administration, compensation, leave, health and safety, expense management, and other areas linked to the employee experience.
* Provide support to organizational leaders in managing complex employment situations, including temporary disability processes, terminations, underperformance, and other labor relations matters.
* Prepare for and actively participate in Executive Committee meetings, providing HR-related information, metrics, and proposals.
* Define and drive the HR strategy and policies for Iberia, aligning them with business objectives and corporate guidelines.
* Ensure compliance with Spanish labor legislation and coordinate necessary actions regarding labor relations.
**REQUIREMENTS**
* Degree in Labor Relations and HR, Law, Psychology, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or related disciplines.
* Proven experience in generalist HR roles with responsibility across multiple functional HR areas.
* Solid knowledge of Spanish labor legislation.
* Experience in manager development and executive team support.
* International experience or multi-site responsibility is highly valued.
* Willingness to travel within Spain and Portugal.
* A good level of Portuguese and English will be considered a strong asset.
