Collaborate to enhance customer experience At Alannia Neptuno (Pals), we are looking for a **Head Chef** responsible for leading the culinary team, guaranteeing gastronomic quality, work organization, and compliance with food hygiene and safety standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead and coordinate the kitchen team. * Develop and supervise menus and dish presentation. * Control costs, recipe costing sheets, and supplier orders. * Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Organize staff shifts, schedules, and vacations. * Collaborate with front-of-house and management to enhance customer experience. **Requirements** * Prior experience as a Head Chef. * Culinary or hospitality training. * Knowledge of team management and cost control. * Leadership and organizational skills. * Flexible availability. Employment Type: Full-time, Fixed-Term Intermittent Contract Salary: €1,500.00–€2,200.00 per month Work Location: On-site
