You will act as the driving force behind continuous improvement across the organization, leading initiatives related to data capture, analysis, identification and execution of solution alternatives for various operational issues—coordinating involved departments to transform operational challenges into growth opportunities. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * You will help implement data-driven decision-making. * You will lead continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S…) and the digitalization of production processes. * You will identify improvement opportunities in production processes, workflows, and organizational structures. * You will measure the impact of implemented initiatives, ensuring their long-term sustainability. * You will promote a continuous improvement culture within Production and Internal Logistics. * You will support daily production scheduling, ensuring adherence to plans. * You will monitor on-site execution, detect deviations, and propose corrective actions. * You will resolve operational incidents and lead root cause analyses. * You will closely collaborate with production teams to enhance operational efficiency—as well as improve (product, quality, and process) instructions and their compliance. **You’ll be a great fit for this position if…** * You hold a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Engineering, or a related field. * You have experience in industrial or manufacturing environments. * You possess knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, QRM, or other continuous improvement methodologies. * You are proficient in management tools (Excel, BI, ERP…). * You have a minimum English proficiency level of B2; Basque language skills are highly important. * You are analytical, methodical, organized, and results-oriented—with leadership ability and influence over teams.
