Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be one of the key leaders of our team and one of the brand’s ambassadors. You will oversee a space that must faithfully convey the company’s philosophy and image—where your role represents the final step in the creative process: communicating who we are, how we do things, and what our products stand for. What will your main responsibilities be? * As team leader, you’ll be responsible for motivating your team to achieve sales targets, always cultivating a positive and collaborative atmosphere. * You’ll manage day-to-day store operations: inventory management, product presentation, cash handling, and stock control. * Brand image and philosophy are paramount. You’ll implement and uphold visual merchandising guidelines and ensure every customer enjoys a shopping experience that brings them back again and again. * You’ll work hand-in-hand with the team to execute our sales strategy and produce reports to support continuous improvement. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring the team’s ongoing development. * You’ll serve as the brand ambassador—consistently embodying our values and standards in everything you do, whether in-store, interacting with colleagues, or engaging with customers. * Last but not least, you’ll maintain the store in impeccable condition, complying with all operational and safety standards and ensuring it always looks flawless. ### **Minimum Requirements** This position is perfect for you if… …you are an enthusiastic, charismatic individual who thrives on challenges and pays close attention to every small detail.
