**Description:** ---------------- **Bilbao (Bizkaia)** **Permanent contract · Full-time · On-site** We are seeking a candidate with solid experience in equality and leadership skills to coordinate the consulting team of a company committed to social impact. This position combines team coordination and mentoring with direct project execution and close client engagement. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate and support the team on a daily basis: workload distribution, project monitoring, and professional development. * Visit clients, serve as their main point of contact, and manage direct relationships: needs, deadlines, and expectations. * Supervise the quality of team deliverables before submission to clients. * Define and standardize the department’s working methodology. * Participate in developing proposals and budgets for new projects. * Stay up to date on equality regulations and communicate updates to the team. * Report to management on project status, team performance, and departmental outcomes. * Directly execute consulting projects: diagnostics, equality plans, prevention and response protocols, and training. **Requirements:** --------------- * Education in equality. * Proven experience as an equality consultant. * Prior experience in team coordination and project monitoring will be valued. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Basque language proficiency. **WHAT WE OFFER?** * Permanent full-time contract. * Leadership role within an established equality consulting firm. * Continuous professional development and participation in equality-related forums and professional networks. * Compensation commensurate with experience and responsibilities.
