Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Inspector Operator to ensure quality standards, manage non-conformities, and support training in an industrial environment. Strong organizational skills and communication ability We are looking for a person to work as a Quality Inspector Operator in Sant Just Desvern. The position requires proactivity, attention to detail, and commitment to quality, with the ability to ensure compliance with established standards. Responsibilities include preparing production documents, verifying specifications, validating first-piece inspections, performing in-process controls during shifts, recording production data, managing non-conformities, and supervising rework processes. Additionally, the role involves controlling material losses (scrap), preparing samples, and providing basic training support to other operators. A temporary contract through an ETT is offered, with potential transition to permanent staff. The salary is €12.46 gross per hour, plus a night-shift premium if applicable. Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) are required, along with opportunities for professional development. * Previous experience in quality control in an industrial environment. * Knowledge of sampling, AQL, MIL\-STD (desirable). * Ability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). * Responsible, meticulous, and proactive profile. * Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively with production teams. * Residence in Baix Llobregat. * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
