If this resonates with you, **we want to meet you!** **Your Responsibilities** * Negotiate and purchase motorcycles from both private individuals and professionals to expand our inventory. * Verify that motorcycles meet our established minimum quality standards. * Manage claims and/or returns if the motorcycle does not match the seller’s specifications. * Manage potential customers through motorcycle purchases as a form of payment for another motorcycle. * Provide online customer service (95% online), delivering an exceptional experience. **We’re Looking For Someone Who** * Has at least 1 year of prior experience in the sector. * Loves motorcycles and holds an A2/A license. * Enjoys teamwork and is goal-oriented. * Possesses excellent commercial skills and excels in interpersonal communication. * Knows the motorcycle market. * Works well under pressure. **What We Offer** * Fixed annual gross salary between €18,000 and €20,000 + significant purchase-based commissions (ranging from €500 to €1,800 gross per month). * Permanent position with an indefinite contract of 40 weekly hours (rotating weekly shifts Monday–Friday from 09:30 to 18:30 or from 11:30 to 20:30, including a 1-hour lunch break, plus one Saturday per month from 10:00 to 19:00 with a 1-hour lunch break). * Discounts with partner companies. * Health insurance subsidized by the company at 50%.
