Currently, as a recruitment consultant, we are seeking an **HR Administrator** for our client, located in **Alguazas**. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS** * Management of labor file documentation (employment contracts, annexes, and other labor-related documents) * Tracking of working hours. * Review of payroll incidents. * Preparation of basic reports. * Handling basic labor-related inquiries from staff. * Performing personnel administration tasks (wage garnishments, payroll variables, termination settlements, contract modifications). * Assisting the HR Manager with occupational risk prevention (PRL) tasks (e.g., medical examinations, training, etc.). **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum education: Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Administration and Finance, Labor Relations, or equivalent. * Minimum one year of proven experience in a similar position. * Experience in labor consultancy is highly desirable. * Intermediate or advanced level of Excel proficiency. **What does the company offer?** * Permanent full-time contract * Working hours: 8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m., with flexible entry and exit times.
