




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Officer to plan and manage inspections and associated documentation at our Leioa offices. Key Responsibilities: 1. Planning and management of activities and inspections. 2. Tracking and supervision of generated documentation. 3. Education at Bachelor's degree/FPII level (Business Administration and Management, Economics, English Philology, or similar). Bureau Veritas is looking for an Administrative Officer for our Leioa offices. The overall objective of this position is to carry out the entire planning process for activities and related operations. The day-to-day responsibilities of this role include: * Creation and registration of technical inspection sheets and corresponding actions * Management of second visits for Unfavorable inspections * Tracking of inspection planning and supervision of generated documentation * Planning of inspections with inspectors and/or clients * Updating production data for completed planning activities and associated documentation in Siebel * Etc We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree/FPII qualification (Business Administration and Management, Economics, English Philology, or similar) and experience in similar roles. * At Bureau Veritas, we offer equal opportunities.
