




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant to manage budgets, invoicing, work order tracking, provide accounting support, as well as deliver customer service and document organization. Customer service and document organization We are looking for a person to perform administrative tasks in Cangas del Narcea. Your responsibilities will include preparing budgets, issuing invoices and delivery notes, and tracking work orders. You will also provide support on basic accounting matters, manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and documents. You will draft written communications, attend to customers, organize files, and carry out other daily administrative tasks. Professional training and experience in administrative tasks and office software are required. Knowledge of marketing and advertising, as well as personal responsibility, will be valued. The contract will be temporary, full-time, with morning and afternoon shifts, offering a gross monthly salary of €1600.
