We are seeking a multi-skilled maintenance technician with experience in the sector to join a team in Biscay. The selected candidate will be responsible for general facility maintenance, ensuring the proper functioning of infrastructure. Responsibilities include coordinating and distributing daily maintenance tasks, performing preventive and corrective maintenance work, and supervising work on air conditioning systems. Support will also be provided to subcontracted companies, and tasks such as replacement and cleaning will be carried out. Requirements include vocational training (CFGM or GS) in Electricity and Electronics or Industrial Mechatronics, prior experience in facility maintenance, and solid knowledge of low-voltage systems. Knowledge of air conditioning, boilers, and plumbing, as well as a low-voltage certification, driver’s license, and personal vehicle, will be valued.
