This modern main headquarters of Ormazabal has been designed to host the most innovative teams and cutting-edge technologies—including a comprehensive laboratory infrastructure—offering a unique working environment that combines state-of-the-art facilities with a strategic location at the heart of a leading business ecosystem. **WHAT YOU’LL FIND HERE** * **Indefinite-term contract.** * **Start date:** September. * **Flexible working hours.** * **Hybrid work format.** * **We care about your well-being:** psychological, financial, and legal support for you and your family. * **Training and development** to help you grow every day. * **A safe environment**, free from discrimination and harassment. **YOUR MISSION AT ORMAZABAL** Your work will be essential in supporting the Finance department: * You will collaborate in developing Ormazabal’s value chain by completing assigned reports on time and to a high standard, ensuring data quality and working closely with the finance managers of the respective companies. * You will periodically verify that analytical report data for assigned companies matches financial accounting data, thereby guaranteeing information reliability across designated areas. * You will implement and ensure compliance with standardized procedures defined by the Value Chain Manager. * You will collaborate with the Internal Billing Manager to calculate accurate values for intercompany transactions involving products and services, following established transfer pricing criteria (both positive deliveries and reverse logistics). In addition—and complementarily: * You will assist in preparing the company’s management plan. * You will perform monthly budgetary control of expenses and investments, analyzing any variances identified. * You will prepare and present required financial KPIs. * You will ensure proper recording and classification of accounting information (expenses and investments). * You will monitor the invoice approval workflow and track/resolve incidents prior to financial closings. * You will support the external audit process, carrying out tasks assigned by the department head. * You will handle urgent bank transfer requests. You will supervise invoice receipt tracking, ensuring no duplicate payments occur. * You will complete official surveys requested by government agencies. **WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE** * **Education:** Higher vocational qualification or university degree related to finance. * **English:** B2\. * **Experience:** Preferably 1\-2 years. * **Willingness to learn and proactive attitude:** If you enjoy learning new things and working as part of a team, you’ll do so daily here, surrounded by experienced professionals. * **A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are desirable.** **Can you imagine joining a team that works to change the future of energy?
