JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Provision of funeral services, including collection, transportation, and preparation of the deceased, processing permits and legal documentation, publishing obituaries, cremation tasks, and other cemetery-related activities. Customer service, providing assistance and guidance throughout the process and service delivery, ensuring excellent emotional support. Management and contracting of funeral services through digital tools. Offer products and services that guarantee the center's quality standards. Adaptation and personalization of funeral rites according to different family types. Maintenance of facilities, vehicle fleet, and all other work tools. Support the Service Manager in warehouse management and optimization. Efficient and effective operation of the cremation furnace in centers where it exists. Compliance with standardized procedures established by the company (SOPs). Compliance with group operational protocols (e.g., Albia Style, Crematoalbia, Tanatoalbia). Compliance with applicable legislation and regulations in the funeral sector. Other duties assigned by management. Subject to modification/update. REQUIREMENTS **Required Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in public-facing roles. Previous experience in the funeral sector or equivalent sectors (healthcare/social) is desirable. **Required Knowledge:** Vocational training or related qualifications. Other lower-level qualifications may be considered if the candidate has more than 1 year of relevant experience and meets the required competencies and skills. Additional training in commercial management, funeral services, thanatopraxy, or thanatoaesthetics. Valid driver's license is essential. Intermediate English and knowledge of an additional language are desirable.
