You will be responsible for driving sales and optimizing commercial performance through strategic planning and flawless execution across all areas. You will ensure stock is always available and well-managed to meet customer needs, while also overseeing visual product presentation to create an attractive environment. In addition, you will collaborate on task and scheduling planning to ensure people are always in the right place at the right time. In the Store Manager’s absence, you will assume their role, effectively leading daily store operations. Regarding the team, you will be a role model.
