We offer an offer through the Novia Salcedo scholarship program to collaborate in our Technical Office Department to support the operations team: Project managers, Operations Management and engineering documentation management **Job Description** =================== **Position; Technical office intern** **Essential Roles and Responsibilities:** * Support Project managers in the management of purchases related to projects and follow\-up \- Management of ERP/SAP tools. * Operations management support, baclklog reporting * Support and management of engineering documentation through PLM platform management for manufacturing / data traceability in project management. * Collaboration in the tasks of engineering documentation in projects. * Coordination between the different departments of a production plant and the client. **Qualifications/Requirements** * Languages: English (oral level essential). * Administrative School * Work style: full time office work required in Bilbao Office If contracted in Spain: Non\-national candidates are responsible to know the minimum documentation requirements to be able to be contracted in country: NIE\- Social Security Affiliation Number in Spain (NAF) and Bank Account in Spain. They must be in possession of them at the time of start hiring.
