Organize, safeguard, and maintain all files, records, cash, and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures. Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information. Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial information to collect and maintain financial records using journals, ledgers, and/or computers. Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll tables and reports. Complete closing procedures and reports at the end of each period as specified. Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue accounts, invoices, and statements of account according to company procedures. Track and resolve overdue accounts and supplier invoices until full payment is received or resolved. Prepare daily consolidated deposits of cash received from all employees handling cash. Document, maintain, communicate, and take action regarding any cash discrepancies. Prepare, maintain, and administer all safes and contracts. Comply with company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets; protect guest and colleague privacy and security. Communicate with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; and answer telephones using proper protocol. Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with others; support the team in achieving common goals; listen and respond appropriately to concerns raised by other employees. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
