




Job Summary: We are seeking a Selection and Human Resources Technician to manage HR operations comprehensively, including recruitment processes, coordination of training, and professional development. We collaborate with leading clients in each sector and are looking to incorporate a **Selection and Human Resources Technician**, in a **100% remote position**, assigned to our **Bilbao** office. **Main Responsibilities** * Comprehensive management of internal and external recruitment processes. * Posting job offers on social media, LinkedIn, job portals (InfoJobs, Infoempleo, etc.), and employment boards. * Conducting both in-person and remote interviews. * Onboarding new employees: documentation, initial support, and provision of PPE. * Organizing shifts, schedules, and workforce planning. * Contractual management and labor administration. * Coordination of training, evaluation, and professional development. * Design and implementation of career paths and internal promotion plans. * Resolving employee inquiries and providing general support to the People department. * Administrative processing and coordination with Occupational Health and Safety (PRL). * Creation, development, and implementation of HR department processes and procedures aligned with the company’s strategy. **Requirements** * Vocational Training Level 2 (FP2) in Administration and Finance, Executive Assistance, or university studies in Business Administration and Management (ADE), HR, or Labor Relations. * Prior experience or knowledge in recruitment, hiring, or personnel management. * Strategic vision and results orientation. * Leadership and influence capabilities. * Ability to manage change and work under high task loads. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability to work **remotely**, with very occasional travel if required. **Preferred Qualifications** * How many years of experience do you have managing recruitment processes?: * Do you have experience negotiating employment conditions? * Do you have experience working in engineering or construction-related companies? * Have you used HR management software? * What is your level of Excel proficiency? * Do you have ERP experience? * Would you be interested in working remotely as a selection technician? **We Offer** * Joining a growing international engineering company. * Permanent contract and stable project. * **100% remote work**, with flexibility and autonomy. * Continuous training provided by the company. * Real opportunities for internal promotion. * Participation in landmark projects at national and international levels.
