Managing multidisciplinary and international teams for conducting audit and similar assignments. Interacting with clients to deliver financial services such as auditing, financial advisory, and non-financial information reporting. Proactively supporting client management by reporting to managers and superiors, and establishing effective working relationships. Understanding, analyzing, and reviewing business processes, financial statements, and related controls. Providing advice on financial transformation. Developing and applying various accounting standards (primarily GAAP and IFRS). What are we looking for? Individuals with a strong desire to learn, teamwork skills, organizational ability, innovative mindset, clear results orientation, proactivity, and critical thinking. Graduates in Economics, Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, or other fields with interest in Finance. A Master’s degree in Accounting and Auditing is valued positively. 2 to 6 years of experience in the previously mentioned roles. Prior experience in team management is highly valued. Fluency in English (minimum B2 level) is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
