Competitive remuneration **Description:** ---------------- We are recruiting an **Aggregates Production Manager** for **LÁZARO ECHEVERRÍA S.A.**, a leading company in the production and supply of classified aggregates and concrete for the construction sector, located in **Alsasua (Navarra).** Reporting to Management, you will be responsible for coordinating operations and planning production to achieve the objectives set for your area. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Assume the Technical Management role of the quarry operation, exercising the technical and legal responsibilities inherent to this position. * Ensure compliance with the General Regulation on Basic Mining Safety Standards and all other applicable regulations. * Act as the technical liaison with the Mining Administration and competent authorities. * Supervise the proper implementation of the exploitation project and work plans. * Plan and execute daily operations within the framework of the exploitation project. * Coordinate production requirements with the plant and schedule tasks accordingly. * Supervise work teams: shifts, schedules, assignments. * Ensure product quality and correct deviations. * Design and review the maintenance plan for machinery and facilities. * Ensure compliance with regulations regarding Environment, Quality, and Occupational Health and Safety (PRL). **What do we offer?** * Job stability and a professional growth environment. * Competitive and negotiable remuneration based on your professional profile. * An attractive position and career path offering challenging tasks, projects, and highly enriching learning and growth experiences. **What are we looking for in you?** * **Mandatory:** Degree in **Mining Engineering.** * **Mandatory:** Minimum of 5 years’ experience as **Quarry/Production Manager** in a mining-sector company; prior experience performing **Technical Management** functions in **aggregates or quarry operations** will be valued. * Must meet all legal requirements to assume the **Technical Management role of open-pit mining operations.** * **Mandatory residence in the local area.** * A professional with leadership ability, team management skills, initiative, problem-solving experience, customer orientation, and autonomy. **REF: 26/10708**
