We work on functional, commercial, and/or residential design projects, integrating our clients’ requirements into existing environments. We are currently seeking an Interior Designer – Retail Designer to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Design and manage interior design projects for clients and collaborations. * Develop design concepts that reflect brand identity. * Conduct client meetings and prepare commercial proposals. * Supervise implementation and coordinate with contractors and suppliers. * Produce construction drawings in collaboration with architects when required by the project. * Monitor on-site project progress with in-house and subcontracted teams. * Create construction details. * Support the visual merchandising team in developing construction measurements for projects. * Collaborate closely with various teams involved in product design (R&D, architecture, visual merchandising, communications). **Requirements:** * Degree in Interior Design and/or Architecture. * Basic knowledge of product design. * Advanced English. * Catalan and/or Spanish. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role. * Team-oriented, collaborative across departments, and able to meet tight deadlines on each project. * Passionate about furniture and interior decoration. * High creative and problem-solving capacity. * Proactive, motivated, committed, and eager to learn. * Autonomous, goal-oriented working style. * Proficiency in 3D software (3ds Max, SketchUp, etc.), 2D software (AutoCAD), and Microsoft Office suite. * Residence in Barcelona (or nearby). **What do we offer?** * Join a company operating in a highly dynamic sector. * Central showroom/office in Barcelona. * Be part of an ambitious project offering significant professional development and growth opportunities. * Enjoy a unique workspace, both at our showroom and headquarters. * Shared areas for meals and coffee available. * Ongoing development opportunities through on-the-job challenges that foster learning, as well as tailored training courses based on your needs. * Become part of a close-knit, inspiring, and ambitious work environment. * If you’re enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to enjoy your work, this is a great opportunity. * Working Hours: Monday–Thursday: 9:00–18:30 h, with a 1-hour lunch break (14:00–15:00 h) Friday: 9:00–15:00 h Remote work on some afternoons Flexible hours according to project or business needs Remuneration: €23,000.00 gross/year Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Contract We value your contributions more than the time it takes to deliver them.
