A company in the cleaning services sector is seeking an **Area Manager** to manage and coordinate several workplaces. **Main responsibilities** \- **Service organization and management** * Plan and coordinate cleaning services across multiple sites or buildings. * Assign tasks, shifts, and schedules to staff under your supervision. * Adjust service organization in response to absences, vacations, workload peaks, or operational incidents. \- **Staff supervision** * Supervise the proper performance of operational staff and sector or building managers. * Monitor attendance, punctuality, and compliance with working hours. * Identify training needs, staffing reinforcements, or position changes. \- **Quality control** * Ensure cleaning work complies with the technical specifications, client contracts, and the company’s quality standards. * Conduct periodic inspections at assigned sites. * Propose and implement corrective actions when necessary. \- **Client relations** * Act as the direct point of contact for clients. * Address complaints, incidents, and special requests. * Report on improvements, service changes, or additional needs identified. \- **Management of material resources** * Monitor correct use of cleaning products, machinery, and personal protective equipment (PPE). * Request replenishment of materials and monitor stock levels. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. **Requirements** * Prior experience managing teams, preferably in the cleaning or services sector. * Strong organizational, leadership, and incident-resolution skills. * Excellent communication skills and client-facing abilities. * Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety. * **Valid driver’s license required.** **Offer** * **Company vehicle** for job-related duties. * Immediate start. * Job stability. * Salary according to collective agreement: **€20,363.70 gross per year**. * Positive work environment and autonomy in the role.
