Would you like to be part of a success story and decisively contribute—through your work, ideas, and personality—to the success of the new installations area? **Then join TKE and start your career with us!** **What Will Your Daily Work Be?** Reporting to the Assembly Supervisor and following your training period, you will carry out the assembly process of our **EOX** product—the new eco-efficient and natively digital elevator platform from TK Elevator—designed to be a natural extension of how we live and move around the world today: ecologically conscious and always connected. * You will be part of our new assembly operations team, performing both mechanical and electrical tasks according to the designed assembly plan. * You will apply your technical skills to conduct required tests and adjustments in collaboration with your Assembly Supervisor, following established protocols and procedures. * You will contribute to continuous product improvement by sharing your ideas as you gain more experience in your role. * You will identify and resolve customer needs and questions related to the start and completion of assembly work. * You will correctly apply all company-established assembly, safety, environmental, and health procedures and standards, properly using the PPE and safety tools defined by TKE for each activity. Thanks to collaboration with your team and direct manager, you will learn something new every day and continuously improve! **Who We Are Looking For** -------------------- Do you have technical education and want to take your career to the next level? * You have successfully completed vocational training in electricity, electronics, or mechanics—or possess equivalent experience—and now wish to launch your professional career. * You possess knowledge of interpreting electrical diagrams and schematics. * You adopt a structured approach to work and follow established procedures and protocols. * You are enthusiastic about the technical field, proactively engage with others, and respond accurately and appropriately to stakeholders. * You are interested in the digital world and highly motivated to learn and grow professionally. You will receive specific training of **4 weeks** at our SEED Campus training school.
